The cheerful daffodils all over the place truly signal that Spring is finally here. After the Winter we've had, it is such a joy to see signs of life on the trees again, smell the gorgeous hyacinths and see the delightful daffodils. I have been placing a vase of daffodils on my window sill ever since the shops started stocking them and I just love opening the door to see them there after a day at work.
